Project Requirements

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
Payments

Additional work outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees.
Failure to make agreed payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
Revisions

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Store Sensei retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Store Sensei shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Third-party platform issues
- Shopify platform changes or outages
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services, including Shopify apps, themes, payment providers, or integrations.
Store Sensei is not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance, or policies of third-party services.
